Je suis content que vous avez demandé mon énergie
I tend to forget a few concepts I want to embrace in my day to day life:
If you mention a good deed you did for someone else, you did it for the wrong reasons
Let others compliment you & compliment others, it’s good for people’s self esteem and I always forget cause I’m a shitty awkward person
Let others talk about your achievements; graciousness is so much more rewarding then boastfulness
Not to sound like a 15th century sheltered feminist (I’m sure a few people will take that the wrong way, but it’s the Internet, what can I do) but I do admire people who exemplify modesty.
I don’t know what it is or when it will happen, but something tells me that good will become of me one day.
I don’t care who you fucking think you are
If a kid wants to show you something they’re proud of, you better fucking act impressed
I don’t care if it’s a small score on a video game or a piece of art made of nothing but blue paint or even a fucking fake burp
You better fucking act like you just saw Jesus materialize out of thin air.
