Don't take anything for granted
I mean that with every fiber of my being. Never take any moment, any second, any word, any room that you’re in, any person that you’re with for granted. Take it all in as it’s happening and keep that image in the back of your mind forever. Look around at where you are, who’s infront of you and memorize it, take a mental picture. One day you’ll be happy that you did.
It’s not a severe physical pain.
It’s sort of a soft jolt. A repetitive feeling that makes your throat close and your eyes tear up. It works it’s way down towards your heart where it lingers for a while and tightens your chest. Then it reaches your stomach. You feel your stomach sinking into your chair.. And there is nothing anyone could have said or done to prevent this feeling...
